Example
When the date field in Row Dimension is set to day granularity, the metric MIN([Sales Amount]) returns the smallest sales amount for each day.
When the date field in Row Dimension is set to month granularity, the metric MIN([Sales Amount]) returns the smallest sales amount for each month.
For example, calculate the minimum contract amount for each month based on Contract Signing Time.

Add a metric named Minimum Contract Amount, and enter the formula MIN([Contract Amount]).

Drag Contract Signing Time to Row Dimension, set it to year-month granularity, and then drag Minimum Contract Amount to the Metric area.
