Admin Guide

Use this document to understand what you can manage in the FineBI Next admin console.

Before You Start

• You have logged in to FineBI Next.
• You are the organization creator, a system admin, or an admin with the required management permissions.

What the Admin Console Does

The admin console centralizes organization-level viewing and management. You can use it to manage plan information, orders, organization information, member login logs, organization logs, and product logs.

To open the admin console, click the profile picture in the upper-right corner and choose Admin Console.

Function Overview

Basic Settings

Use Product Center to manage the products available in the organization, including whether a product is enabled and which members can use it.

Use Version Information to view the current plan, system capacity, and advanced function usage.

Use Organization Information and order information to manage the team name, account mode, organization URL, identity authentication, and orders.

Address Book

Use Internal Organization to manage departments and members in the organization.

Use external organization or organization interconnection settings to manage cross-organization collaboration when available.

Management Tools

Use Organization Settings to configure global watermarks, organization style, system language, system time zone, notification blocking, and custom login page settings.

Audit Logs

Use Organization Logs to view member login details and organization-level admin operations.

Result

After you understand the admin console, you can quickly choose the correct entry for organization settings, member management, resources, security, and logs.
